We do not perform tree services directly. When you call or submit a form through this site, we connect you with arborists and tree care crews in our network who are qualified to handle your specific situation — whether that’s a routine estimate, a permit-required removal, a patriarch tree assessment, or a 24/7 storm emergency.

The ISA Certification Standard
Every tree service professional we connect homeowners with holds active ISA Certified Arborist (CA) credentials at minimum. Many hold additional ISA qualifications including Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) and Board Certified Master Arborist (BCMA) status. ISA certification is verifiable at treesaregood.org/isa/verify — we encourage every homeowner to verify the credential of any arborist who visits their property, whether they came through our network or any other channel.
ISA certification is not a courtesy for our network — it is a legal requirement for Florida Statute §163.045 hazard tree documentation and for City of Tallahassee patriarch tree permit applications. We built ISA credentials into the baseline of every dispatch because the alternative — sending uncredentialed crews to jobs that require credentialed documentation — creates liability for homeowners and doesn’t serve anyone.
